Sales Team and Qualifications

The listing team assigned to the Property would consist of Nick Gilida-Owner/Broker, Steve Bryant-Senior Broker and Tom Gilida-Broker Associate. The following is a brief background on the education and professional experience of each member of the sales team.

Nick Gilida-Broker/Owner

Nick received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado-Boulder as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado-Denver. Nick has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado since 1996. In such time he has negotiated and signed in excess of 850 lease/sale transactions with a total value of approximately $40 million dollars. Nick has been named to the annual Denver Business Journal Heavy Hitters list of top producing commercial real estate brokers four times. Most recently Nick was named as a top ten producing industrial broker for the second quarter of 2003, leasing in excess of 100,000 square feet. Nick is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).

Steve Bryant-Senior Broker Associate

Steve has been in commercial leasing in the Denver office market for fifteen years, representing both individual and institutional building owners of class A,B, and C properties. He focuses primarily on Landlord representation in the Denver Suburban and Aurora submarkets. Steve’s marketing assignments have included: Two Denver Highlands (225,000 RSF), The Edward Building (184,000 RSF), Cypress Point (175,000 RSF), Highland Place II (160,000 RSF), Cherry Creek Place IV (117,000 RSF), The Spectrum Building (119,000 RSF), Quebec Centre (120,000 RSF), 5200 DTC Parkway (57,000 RSF) , and The Annex Building at Colorado Center (60,000 RSF). Steve is an active Realtor member of the Colorado and national Board of Realtors, The Aurora Chamber of Commerce, and the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR). He has qualified at the “Heavy Hitter” production level with the Denver Business Journal for nine out of the last ten years.

Tom Gilida - Broker Associate

Mr. Gilida graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.S. in Accounting. After graduation, Mr. Gilida joined the international accounting and consulting firm of Arthur Andersen, LLP. As a real estate oriented financial consultant, Mr. Gilida’s diverse work experience included acquisition due diligence, attestation services, operational audits, and feasibility studies. Mr. Gilida is a Colorado registered CPA (Non-Active License # 14885) as well as a Colorado licensed Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Gilida served as an Associate Broker for Sevo Miller, Incorporated from 2002 to 2007 specializing in commercial leasing, sales and problem asset dispositions. In addition, Mr. Gilida during the same time period Mr. Gilida served as Vice President of Spectrum Retirement Communities, where he specialized in the development, operation and sales of both independent and assisted living communities throughout the country.

Mr. Gilida is currently a broker associate with Citywide Commercial Properties, LLC specializing in tenant representation, landlord leasing and sales of commercial properties.
