Citywide Commercial Properties, LLC is a Colorado based commercial real estate firm founded in August, 2003.  The company employs three full time brokers.  The company specializes in representing commercial property owners in the leasing and sale of their real estate investments.  Careful consideration is given to all aspects of the sales process to minimize deal costs, maximize sales price and ultimately property sale proceeds.  Citywide is small enough to provide fast response to property inquiries, and a high level of detail and focus on their listings but large enough to provide excellent marketing exposure to both the commercial real estate brokerage community as well as the general public and end user.  Citywide uses creative marketing techniques, aggressive contact of potential buyers, and extensive knowledge of the tenant finish construction process and costs to fill space quickly and cost effectively.
